Uyuhaus is a small-batch ice cream studio creating Asian-inspired flavors in Chicago's North Shore.

The name uyu (pronounced “oo-yoo”) means milk in Korean — a reference to the ingredient at the heart of everything we make. At Uyuhaus, ice cream is a celebration of Korean and Asian ingredients, inspired by the flavors of our childhood and culture. Handcrafted in small batches, our ice cream is rich and creamy, with flavors that come through clearly in every bite.

 

Uyuhaus operates through pre-orders and local pickups in Buffalo Grove. We also participate in pop-up/community events in the surrounding suburbs and Chicago.
